Start with a defined trigger
A developer selects a reproducible gameplay issue with its target branch and build information.
Gameplay issue-to-reviewed-change plan
This is a proposed workflow pattern. We confirm data access, permissions, integration options and review ownership with your team before implementation.
Confirm Unity version, packages, target platforms and asset serialization practices. Keep generated edits on a review branch and preserve required project metadata.
A developer selects a reproducible gameplay issue with its target branch and build information.
Gather the relevant scripts, scene references, reproduction steps, coding conventions and acceptance criteria. Include the engine version and approved package context.
Propose a bounded change and the tests needed to verify it. Identify affected serialized assets and explain any assumptions about scene setup.
An engineer reviews the diff, checks asset changes and runs the relevant editor and player checks before merging. Game feel remains a design judgment.
Attach the accepted change, verification evidence and remaining limitations to the issue and normal version-control review.
Track accepted changes, review effort, regressions and issue reopening. Faster generation matters only if the resulting build behaves correctly.
Keep the input, relevant context, review decision and final result connected. When a reviewer corrects something, use that evidence to improve the instructions or integration, then validate the change against representative cases.
The workflow stays centered on your business. The engagement determines who learns, implements and operates it.
