Written agreements define the engagement

OdooInnerCircle is a service of First Class Ventures, LLC. Website descriptions explain the available services and starting packages. The accepted written proposal, order and applicable service agreement define the work purchased, fees, responsibilities and specific commitments. This page does not replace an existing signed agreement.

Inquiries and project requests

Submitting an inquiry or app brief starts a requirements discussion. It does not by itself authorize paid implementation. We may ask for clarification before preparing a proposal. Provide information you are authorized to share, and use an agreed secure process for credentials or sensitive operational records.

Packages, fees and delivery

The DIY package is advertised at a starting price of $2,500. Its included materials, source package, license and delivery arrangements are confirmed before purchase. DWY and DFY engagements are quoted to scope. Taxes, infrastructure, provider usage and recurring charges are identified in the applicable proposal or order.

Delivery timing depends on the agreed scope, access, dependencies and review process. A website example or workflow guide is not a guarantee that a specific integration is available in every software edition or customer environment.

Responsibility and approvals

DIY leaves implementation and operation with your team. DWY adds the agreed guidance and assistance. DFY assigns us the agreed core operational and implementation responsibilities. The engagement defines stakeholder approvals, support coverage, escalation and knowledge transfer.

Source code and third-party tools

Access to source code is governed by the license supplied with the package or engagement. Third-party software, models and services retain their own terms and charges. An integration plan must account for the access and licensing available in your environment.

Changes and earlier offers

Changes to an engagement should be agreed in writing. Earlier app-delivery offers may refer to the legacy application service terms; those should be read together with the specific agreement that referenced them. New delivery commitments are stated in the accepted proposal.
