QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you
choose your next step.

What is a managed AI workflow?

A business process in which AI performs defined tasks with the relevant information, checks and accountable ownership. It connects your systems and people so the result can become part of everyday work.

Do we have to use Odoo?

No. We work from your process and existing technology stack. Odoo is one of the platforms we can help with. Integration access, licensing and the options available in your environment are assessed during discovery.

Do we have to adopt Factory Line?

No. Factory Line is a reusable architecture available with source. We can help you adopt it where it fits or improve workflows built on other tools. The architecture should serve your requirements.

Can I start with courses and workshops?

Yes. DIY starts with learning: courses, practical projects and weekly workshops. You do not need to choose Factory Line to learn with us. Ask about the subjects you want to study and we will explain relevant access and costs.

What does the optional $2,500 training and source package include?

The starting package brings AI workflow learning together with Factory Line architecture and factories with source. Weekly workshops are available separately. We confirm the included materials, license and delivery arrangements before purchase.

What does Done With You add?

Everything in DIY, three months of workshops and weekly one-to-one sessions with your team. We review progress, help identify opportunities, coach developers and provide implementation help within the agreed scope.

What do you manage in Done For You?

The agreed core AI workflows and their operational, administrative and major implementation responsibilities. The proposal defines coverage, approvals, support and escalation. Your stakeholders choose their involvement and knowledge transfer.

Can our developers still build their own projects?

Yes. Your team can pursue DIY and DWY projects while we manage the DFY foundation. We establish review and integration boundaries so those projects can connect to the core responsibly.

How do you handle changing AI technology?

We evaluate changes against the work the system is supposed to do. Model or tool updates need representative evaluation, cost and compatibility review, and an agreed release decision. New capability is useful when it improves the workflow.

Does the system improve itself without oversight?

Factory Line includes mechanisms for measured improvement. Their scope and activation are configured, and approval remains part of the design where needed. We do not promise that an unattended system will make every decision correctly.

Can you build a custom application?

Yes. Use Build an App to describe the problem and desired features. We review the requirements and agree on a written scope before implementation. Delivery timing depends on that scope and its dependencies.

Are AI usage and hosting included?

They are separate unless your written proposal includes them. We make the expected service, infrastructure and provider costs part of the implementation discussion.

Where should we start if we are new to AI?

Bring one repetitive process, a few representative examples and the person who understands the work. A strategy session can help identify a bounded opportunity and the right level of support.
