Building AI workflows

You need to know where the information comes from, which tool performs each step and how to tell whether the result is useful.
Describe a real task.
Identify the input, the result you need and the person who uses it. Work from an example rather than a vague instruction to “automate everything.”
Connect the necessary information.
Learn how permissions, business records and instructions affect what your workflow can do. Keep irrelevant or private information out.
Check it before relying on it.
Try representative examples, inspect errors and decide where human approval belongs. Document the steps so you can maintain what you built.
