the workflow in practice.

Issue-to-pull-request preparation

FROM INPUT TO HANDOFF

A clear job
for every step.

This is a proposed workflow pattern. We confirm data access, permissions, integration options and review ownership with your team before implementation.

Confirm repository permissions, protected branches and secret-handling rules. Untrusted issue text must not authorize commands or access.

Explore the architecture behind the pattern ↗
01

Start with a defined trigger

An engineer selects a scoped issue and an approved working branch.

02

Assemble the right context

Assemble relevant repository files, contribution rules, design decisions, test commands and acceptance criteria.

03

Perform the bounded task

Prepare a bounded implementation plan or candidate diff with a clear explanation of affected behavior and verification needs.

04

Review before taking action

A human reviewer checks correctness, security and maintainability. Existing branch protection and release authority remain in place.

05

Deliver and record the result

Submit the reviewed change through the normal pull-request process with test evidence and documented limitations.

Build an improvement loop
around real work.

Measure reviewer effort, accepted changes, regressions and rework caused by missing context.

Keep the input, relevant context, review decision and final result connected. When a reviewer corrects something, use that evidence to improve the instructions or integration, then validate the change against representative cases.
